From Olympic athlete nutrition to mass feeding millions, participants can come experience some of the sights, sounds, and flavors of the 2008 Summer Olympics. Our "Made from Scratch" Culinary Workshops offer every “cheficinado” an opportunity to test out and develop new skills and techniques by attending a wholesome, hands-on cooking class at Winthrop Rockefeller Institute. Classes are from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and are $80 per person.
