The Cleburne County Master Gardeners will hold their 2012 Plant Sale - "Plants Galore and More" on Saturday, May 5, 2012 the CCMG green house located on the grounds of the Heber Springs Sanitation Department at 725 S. 4th Street in Heber Springs from 9:00 to 2:00. The event will feature many varieties of plants for sale as well as featured gardening demonstrations and a “TRASH & TREASURE” Sale Tent with a variety of donated new and used plant and garden items for sale. There will also be a free small garden tool sharpening area. Master Gardeners will be available to help discuss planting and preparing your Spring and Summer gardens. We will also provide Extension pamphlets and Soil Sample Test Kits. Information about the Master Gardener Program and applications for the Fall Master Gardener classes will also be available. The Master Gardener certification class will be starting on November 6th. The Master Gardener program is open to anyone interested in furthering their own knowledge and expertise in any and all aspects of gardening as well as educating and assisting the general public.
