Is your home decorated for the holidays? Is your friend’s home decorated for the holidays? Then call to enter the Jacksonville Parks and Recreation’s Fantasy in Lights Decorating Contest. Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each category. Homes will be judged after 6:00 pm. There is no cost to enter your home or a neighbor’s home.
