Voted 'Best Local Band in Nashville' by The Tennessean, the four classically trained musicians of Harpeth Rising bring an exciting and distinctively new sound to the folk genre on violin, banjo, cello, percussion, and vocals. A little bit bluegrass, a little bit classical, a little bit folk and a whole lot of original, Harpeth Rising is a band to watch. Harpeth Rising will be playing for the Little Rock Folk Club's monthly concert series at Thomson Hall of the Unitarian Universalist Church of Little Rock (1818 Reservoir Road). General admission is $15, student admission (with ID) is $12, and admission for children under 12 is free. More information can be found at 501-663-0634.
