This is a WOMEN ONLY self-defense course. The blinds are drawn (sorry no Husbands, Boyfriends, or Sons allowed). This course runs 8 weeks. Each session is $55.00 and packed with tested real world techniques. After completing 8 weeks you will then test for a PINK Belt and all proceeds go to the Arkansas Chapter Susan G. Komen Foundation and the Arkansas Coalition Against Domestic Violence.
