Relax, take a deep breathe, and visualize yourself feeling better, having more energy, and free of stress. Would you like to make that visualization a reality? You can have all of this and more with the beginning to intermediate Hatha yoga-based course.
We will explore classic yoga poses with attention to yoga alignment and breath work. Feel improvements in strength, endurance, flexibility, balance and overall well being.
Mat, block and blanket required.
