Check in begins at 8:30 a.m.
The Contest is for girls ages 12 months to 5 years old and boys 12 months to 3 years. Entry fee is $15 per child. Admission is $1 per person. Certificates will be awarded to each child. Entry forms can be found at Jacksonville Community Center, Martin Street Youth Center, Splash Zone, Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce, and on line at www.cityofjacksonville.net.
